Practice Pay Solutions reviewsWith more than fifteen years of experience under its belt, Practice Pay Solutions knows what it takes to compete and win in the merchant services industry. The company takes pride in its commitment to excellent customer service and has built a reputation for working with its customers toward common goals. Unlike some payment processing companies, Practice Pay Solutions goes beyond its role as a merchant service provider to offer a robust array of services that can help any company reach its full potential. Besides traditional e-commerce and ePayment accounts, this company offers webinars and other training materials that teach principles of business, not how its merchant services products work. The eBuilder service provides important tools businesses need for creating and operating a profitable website.

What Businesses Use Practice Pay Solutions?

Practice Pay is made especially for practicing professionals like coaches, public speakers, trainers and consultants. Despite the company’s emphasis on private practices, the company can serve almost any type of small business.

Customer Service

Practice Pay has online training options available on its website that help you learn how to use the system. Videos and documents provide the needed information for customers to successfully accept card-based transactions from their clients. Live support options are also available via e-mail or telephone during business hours.

Price/Fee Structure

Fees for Practice Pay Solutions vary based on the services used. For example, the ePayment service has a Premier plan for businesses that process less than $1,000 per month and a Premier Plus plan for companies that sell more.

The Mobile Pay service has Premier and Premier Plus service levels that each has separate pricing based on monthly or two-year contracts. Before signing a contract, prospective customers should ask for a complete disclosure of all fees, equipment costs and other expenses.

Unique Features of Practice Pay Solutions

Practice Pay Solutions is unique among merchant services providers because it caters to independent practitioners who often work at sites other than their office. However, almost any small business can benefit from the services this company offers.

The unique business development services offered by Practice Pay make it a one-stop shop for building a business rather than just an everyday payment-processing provider.

I bought a Bluetooth connectivity wireless POS by Merchant 1 Payments for my restaurant (length 12 metres, breadth- 10 metres) last week. The machine loses connection with the communication base every now and then. Pathetic device, and definitely not worth the money!

I am having a tough time with the PIN pad provided by the guys at Merchant 1 Payments. The printer jams abruptly disrupting the operation of my retail outlet. Displeased with the service!

The CC department of the Merchant One Payments is run by a bunch of fools. I wonder whether they have any idea about the part they are playing. I am literally disappointed by the rough behavior of the executives that are there to help the customers anytime, anywhere and anyhow!!!
The wireless terminals of the Merchant One Payment are complete bullshit!! Being a small business owner I feel in the trap of the ridiculous offer they projected on me. Guys don’t invest on such brainless boxes that can increase your headache every simple moment instead of offering you hassle free payment facilities.

Merchant One Payments has become notorious for charging hidden costs. Somehow they do not feel the need to make an elaborate agreement

Our automobile business segment for ‘passenger car’ decided to try Merchant One Payment services. The idea was to facilitate our customers through online booking and payments. But of course the admin department is regretting the decision. Too many technical snags and the redressal system though responsive is very slow. We are negotiating with another service provider

Merchant One Payments disappoint. I blindly signed a contract with them; after all they are a certified organization! My troubles began from the day 1. Faulty hardware, rude executives and poor technical support plagued my business for almost 6 months! I had no option but to switch providers.

I was a customer for many years and knew I was paying a little extra because the service was stellar. The service went downhill rapidly and now it’s a joke. They have increased the bells and whistles and everything LOOKS pretty but nobody seems to care about actually helping the customers. They can sign you up for a dozen classes, drop 50 e-mails into your inbox about what they want from you and tell you all about how great their technology is but the service still is god awful. It reminds me of a fast food restaurant with lots of money to spend on advertising to draw you in but almost no real nutritional value. Save your money and don’t be fooled by their flashy marketing. Go somewhere that values their clients.
